Profile

Cécile assists companies in the development of their industrial property strategy, particularly in the field of patents. She intervenes in the drafting of patent applications and issuing procedures in France and abroad before the different patent offices, (Europe, USA, Canada, Latin American countries, Japan, China, South Korea, India and Russia).
She also intervenes in collaborative research and contractual relations negotiations between partners, in patent litigation, in opposition proceedings at EPO.
She establishes prior art searches, validity and freedom to operate studies. She also provides a course on patents and research in the patents databases to student engineers (previously ECAM Rennes and now ICAM Nantes).
