In accordance with the law of September 5, 2018 for the freedom to choose one's professional future and its implementing decree of January 8, 2019, aimed at eliminating the pay gap between women and men, NONY publishes its Index on equality between women and men.
How is this index quantified?
The index on professional equality between women and men is a score out of 100, obtained from 4 indicators:
- The gender pay gap (scored out of 40 points).
- The difference in annual increases and promotions (35 points).
- The percentage of employees increased on their return from maternity leave (15 points).
- The proportion of women among the top earners in the company (10 points).
The NONY gender equality index, as of February 22, 2022, is 92 points out of 100.
This high score testifies to our commitment to professional equality between women and men.
